How to view your appointment history

Find a complete list of your past and upcoming appointments in Village.

TL;DR: View your appointment history from the More tab in the mobile app, or from the Appointments tab at portal.village.health.

Overview

Village keeps a complete record of all your appointments in one place. You can view past sessions, upcoming appointments, and appointment details at any time.

From the mobile app

  1. Open Village and tap the More tab.

  2. You will see a comprehensive list of your appointments.

  3. Tap any appointment to view details.

From the web portal

  1. Go to portal.village.health and log in.

  2. Click the Appointments tab.

  3. You will see your full appointment history.

  4. Click any appointment to view details.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see past appointments?
Yes. Your appointment history includes both past and upcoming appointments.

Can I filter by provider or date?
You can scroll through the list to find specific appointments by date or provider.

How do I reschedule or cancel?
