Overview
If you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment, you can request this from the Village mobile app or web portal. Your provider will be notified of your request.
From the mobile app
Open Village and tap the More tab.
Select Appointments.
Tap the specific appointment you want to change.
Select Request Reschedule or Request Cancellation.
From the web portal
Go to portal.village.health and log in.
Click the Appointments tab.
Click into the specific appointment you want to change.
Select Request Reschedule or Request Cancellation.
What happens next
Your provider will receive your request and can confirm the change or reach out to coordinate a new time.
