How to update your payment method

Add a card, set your preferred payment method, and manage auto-pay settings.

Overview

Village gives you flexible payment options. You can add cards, choose your preferred payment method, and control whether invoices are paid automatically.

How to update your payment method

  1. Open Village and tap the More tab.

  2. Select Payment Method.

  3. Scroll down and tap Add Payment Method.

  4. Enter your card details to add it on file.

  5. Set your preferred payment method from the available options.

Payment options

Village supports multiple payment methods:

  • Card on file (credit or debit)

  • ACH (if accepted by your provider)

  • Cash (if accepted by your provider)

  • Zelle or Venmo (if accepted by your provider)

Auto-pay settings

You can turn auto-pay on or off to fit your preferences. With auto-pay enabled, invoices are charged to your preferred payment method automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have multiple cards on file?
Yes. You can add multiple payment methods and choose which one is preferred.

How do I remove a payment method?
Go to Payment Method, tap the card you want to remove, and select delete.

What if my provider only accepts certain payment types?
Your available options depend on what your provider accepts. ACH, Cash, Zelle, and Venmo are only available if your provider has enabled them.
