Overview
You can manage which email notifications you receive from Village at any time. Update your preferences from the mobile app or web portal.
From the mobile app
Open the Village app.
Tap the More tab.
Tap Edit Notification and Preferences.
Adjust your email notification settings as needed.
Save your changes.
From the web portal
Go to portal.village.health and log in.
Click into your Profile.
Find and update your Notification Preferences.
Save your changes.

Can I turn off some notifications but keep others?
Yes. You can customize which types of notifications you receive.
Will I still receive important account notifications?
Some critical notifications (like appointment confirmations) may still be sent to ensure you don't miss important information.
