Overview
Village makes it easy to understand what you're being charged for therapy sessions. Whether you want to see individual session costs, compare charges to your bank statement, or review past invoices, everything is available in your Billing section.
Where to view your charges
On the web: Go to portal.village.health and click the Billing tab.
In the mobile app: Open the Village app and tap Billing.
Understanding the billing tabs
Your billing section has three tabs, each showing different information:
Sessions tab
Shows a breakdown of all your individual therapy sessions
Displays any charges associated with each session
Shows the status of each session (paid or unpaid)
Payments tab
Lists each individual charge — helpful because sometimes there are multiple charges for one session
Great for comparing against your bank statement
Use this tab if you need a line-by-line view of what's been charged
Invoices tab
Shows each invoice you've received
Useful if your provider does monthly billing rather than per-session billing
Lists all charges associated with each invoice

Why do I see multiple charges for one session?
Some sessions may have separate charges for different services or adjustments. The Payments tab gives you the most detailed view of each individual charge.
How do I know if a session has been fully paid for?
Check the Sessions tab — each session shows its payment status (paid or unpaid).
