How do I update my availability?

You can update your availability directly in your calendar through Village.

  1. Go to the Calendar tab on the left side of the navigation bar
    ​

  2. From the Calendar view, you can add your availability for:

    • Ongoing session appointment

    • 15-minute consultation (Meet & Greet)
      ​

  3. Set your care settings, including:

    • Virtual

    • In-person

    • In-home

    • In-clinic

Keeping both session and consultation availability up to date helps Village coordinate matches and allows families to book Meet & Greets smoothly.
