Sometimes you need an invoice that does not fit the standard Village billing flow — for example, bundling specific sessions or using a custom format. Vera, Village's AI practice assistant, can generate custom invoices for you.

How to generate a custom invoice

  1. Share your invoice template with Vera (if you have a preferred format).

  2. Tell Vera which sessions you want to include on the invoice.

  3. Vera generates the invoice and provides it as a DOCX or PDF.

  4. If you chose DOCX, you can edit it before sending to the client.

  5. Once the client pays, mark the invoice as paid offline in Village.
