Overview
Once a session is signed and completed, reopening it to edit notes requires admin-level permissions on your organization account.
If you have admin permissions
Go to the appointment you need to edit.
Click Reopen Session.
Edit the notes as needed.
Sign and complete the session again when finished.
If you don't have admin permissions
You will need to contact an admin for your organization to reopen the session on your behalf.
