Village allows you to sync your calendar with Google Calendar so you can see all your appointments in one place.

How to connect your calendar

  1. Log into the Village mobile app or go to portal.village.health.

  2. Open the Calendar tool.

  3. Click the gear icon (settings).

  4. Follow the steps to connect your Google Calendar.

What syncs

Once connected, your Village appointments will appear in your Google Calendar, helping you avoid scheduling conflicts and stay organized.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect other calendar apps?
Currently Village supports Google Calendar integration. Contact support if you need help with other calendar systems.

Will changes sync both ways?
Changes made in Village will automatically sync to your google calendar, but changes made on your google calendar will not sync back to Village.

I don't see the gear icon — what should I do?
Make sure you're on the Calendar tab. If you still don't see it, try updating your app or contact [email protected] for help.
