Adding a profile photo helps families recognize you and makes your profile more welcoming. Here's how to upload one.

From the web portal

  1. Go to portal.village.health and log in.

  2. Click My Profile in the bottom left corner.

  3. Click the option to upload a photo.

  4. Select your image and save.

From the mobile app

  1. Open Village and tap the More tab.

  2. Tap My Profile.

  3. Tap the option to upload or change your photo.

  4. Select your image and save.

Tips for a great profile photo

  • Use a clear, well-lit headshot

  • Keep it professional but approachable

Yes. You can update your profile photo anytime from the same screen.

Families browsing or matched with you will see your photo on your provider profile. Anyone on a care team with you will see your photo on your provider profile as well.
