TL;DR: Ask Vera to reschedule or cancel an appointment for you, or do it manually from your Calendar by editing the appointment.
Overview
As a provider, you can reschedule or cancel appointments in two ways: ask Vera to handle it, or do it manually from your Village calendar.
Option 1: Use Vera
The fastest way to reschedule or cancel is to ask Vera:

To cancel: "Vera, cancel my appointment with the Rivera family tomorrow"
Vera will update the appointment and notify the family.
Option 2: Reschedule manually
Open the Village mobile app or go to portal.village.health.
Go to your Calendar.
Click on the appointment you want to update.
Select Edit Appointment.
Update the date and time to the new schedule.
Save your changes.
Option 2: Cancel manually
Open the Village mobile app or go to portal.village.health.
Go to your Calendar.
Click on the appointment you want to cancel.
Update the Status to Canceled.
Select the appropriate cancellation reason.
Save your changes.
After canceling
