How to generate and share a care coordination summary
Open the appointment and complete your session notes (using Vera's Use AI feature to draft them)
Once notes are saved, look for the AI Summary button
AI drafts with your target audience in mind, written for caregivers or fellow practitioners
Tap Generate Summary
Select the Village chat where you want to share the summary
The summary posts automatically — the care team gets an instant update
What happens next
The AI-generated summary appears in the selected Village chat. Caregivers and other providers on the care team can see it right away, keeping everyone aligned without extra communication overhead.
