Written by Brandon Terry

TL;DR: After completing session notes, you can generate an AI-powered care coordination summary and share it directly to a patient's Village chat with just a few clicks.

Overview

Village makes it easy to keep the whole care team informed. After you complete your session notes using Vera, you can instantly generate a caregiver-friendly or full care team summary and share it to the patient's Village workspace — no copying, pasting, or extra tools required.

How to generate and share a care coordination summary

  1. Open the appointment and complete your session notes (using Vera's Use AI feature to draft them)

  2. Once notes are saved, look for the AI Summary button

  3. AI drafts with your target audience in mind, written for caregivers or fellow practitioners

  4. Tap Generate Summary

  5. Select the Village chat where you want to share the summary

  6. The summary posts automatically — the care team gets an instant update

What happens next

The AI-generated summary appears in the selected Village chat. Caregivers and other providers on the care team can see it right away, keeping everyone aligned without extra communication overhead.
